The Proceedings is a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Law Faculty at University of Plovdiv, celebrated with numerous events throughout 2022. The key event among them is the international scientific conference having the same name as the proceedings.
The conference papers number nearly 80, and are traditionally divided into six panels (one plenary and five thematic, following traditional divisions in legal studies). The publications are in Bulgarian and English, counting about 1000 pages, placed in two volumes. Authors are from Bulgaria and seven other countries (UK, Switzerland, Italy, Albania, Poland, Republic of North Macedonia and Armenia).
