“Studia Iuris” is an online specialized legal journal of the Faculty of Law, Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv. The journal was established by a decision of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Law – Minutes No. 28/4 February 2014.
In 2018 “Studia Iuris” and all its studies were uploaded on the catalog of C.E.E.O.L. (Central and Eastern European Online Library) to be visited at: www.ceeol.com.
The journal gives the floor to authors who have already made a name in the field of law, members of the magistracy and the bar as well as young lawyers and students who will present their opinion and research on issues within their professional and research interests. The articles will be published after an anonymous peer review.
“Studia Iuris” will offer various sections to choose from: articles, discussions, foreign experience, improvement of legislation, young authors, etc. The journal is the rostrum for all colleagues who are associated with law: lawyers, historians, philologists, tutors, economists, IT experts. “Studia Iuris” is intended to reach a wide range of readers: researchers, legal practitioners, students. The publication could get the attention of all with interests in law and law-related fields of research. The journal creates a discussion-inviting environment for the exchange of scientific ideas and results of research that have importance, significance and usefulness in the field of law.
